Get involved with LifeBound

There are many different ways to get involved with LifeBound:

  • Internships - Lifebound offers local and remote internships. Interns can work in the summer, during the year or during the winter break. Students who live outside of Denver can arrange summer housing through University of Denver. Internships are often handled through colleges on a for-credit basis. Remote internships are based on specific projects under the tutelage of the LifeBound staff.

  • Student Editorial Board - Our student editors help us to develop our manuscripts and revisions by providing ideas, suggestions for improvement and direction for new books. These students also work with their teachers and their fellow students to get good advice on how to make our books as effective as possible.
  • Student Leadership Board - The student leadership board is comprised of  dynamic youth who help us to shape the direction and the services which LifeBound provides to students. Their ideas and their strategies help the managers at LifeBound to provide the most useful services possible to students, parents and teachers.
  • Student Entrepreneurs Board - This group of students is interested in owning and running their own businesses. They work with each other to develop their ideas, write business plans, consider sources of funding and make valuable connections with people who can help them refine their ideas.
  • Student Photography Board - This group of students is passionate about taking pictures and contributing their design ideas to our books, website and other programs. Students provide the photos for most of our books and we are delighted to help them think through how to launch their own careers - or hobbies - with their photography talent.
  • Student Technology Board - This group of students has a keen interest and talent in understanding how technology drives learning and motivation. They think through the most original and cutting-edge ways that students can learn using technology. They also influence and guide LifeBound’s technology strategy.
