Diane Kessel Knight is a results-oriented consultant and coach with more than three decades of experience in helping teams and individuals accomplish their goals. She has a B.S. from the University of Texas and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. Her 25 years in the hospitality industry give her tremendous insight into the skills required to be successful in service oriented environments and organizations where rapid growth and change is the norm. Diane provides services to clients nationwide including leadership skills training, executive coaching, meeting facilitation, team-building programs, and customized strategies that help organizations manage change and improve morale. She works with clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, service, and non-profit organizations.

 

As a coach, Diane partners with her clients to help them to unlock their potential for creative problem solving. She challenges assumptions that keep people stuck in old patterns and frees them up to see new and different perspectives. Clients often say that the impact of her coaching work goes well beyond the job and can be applied to improving relationships and having more success off the job as well.

 

She builds trust and rapport easily and has been described as both energetic and purposeful, enabling people to see the full scope of their talents, while remaining truly focused on the desired outcome of the coaching process.
