LifeBound Coaching was born when Carol Carter connected the power of coaching in corporate America with the needs of college students and graduates to be career ready. She realized that coaching could have a significant impact on the ability of students to translate their degrees into success in the world of work.

 

Carol understood that when faculty and coaches ask first-year students powerful questions about the futures they imagined for themselves, these students are empowered to become self-directed learners, question-based thinkers, and strengths-based workers and leaders.
