Sarah Zeren PCC, LSW is a lifelong learner who is devoted to assisting others in their journey to enhance their professional and personal development. She feels fortunate to be able to to facilitate ICF accredited coaching training, group and 1:1 coach mentoring to higher educational professionals to advance their professional growth and development, while simultaneously supporting student success.

Sarah has extensive experience training groups of educational and business leaders in the coaching modality, as well as running a successful private practice with individual clients. She is very passionate about meeting students, educators and leadership teams where they are, uncovering blocks to their stated goals, and assisting people in bettering themselves so they experience more fulfillment in their academic, professional and personal pursuits.

Sarah currently serves as the Coaching Manager at Western Governors University, an ICF accredited level 1 coaching certification program. This program supports employee professional growth and development, and demonstrates powerful outcomes in student success evidenced by key performance indicators of graduation rates, and return on investment in career advancement. Sarah is truly honored to hold this role and support the WGU community of students who typically are 1st generation to college, and members of historically underserved populations. Sarah also serves as the co-chair in the Women at WGU Employee Resource Group (ERG), an affiliate of the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Sarah’s path in higher education truly started with LifeBound in 2017 upon meeting Carol Carter, and understanding the integral component coaching can play in students authentically aligned educational path. Since 2017 Sarah has assisted in growing LifeBound’s reach as the Director of Certification, as well as a Certified Master Trainer.

Sarah’s educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Student Marshall Status, a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University, is a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC, an ICF certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC) an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and a LifeBound Certified Master Trainer.

In addition to being a personal development enthusiast, Sarah is a mom, a yogini, a chef, a musician, and believes in living out loud and leading by example.
